MOULD / TOOLING
From turnkey custom moulds to reverse engineering — we design, build, repair, and refurbish production-grade tooling. Complete design-to-trial builds handed over production-ready, backed by 15+ years of tool-room expertise. Mould capacity up to 6 tons.
PART DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
We take a raw idea, a 2D/3D drawing, or an existing product and turn it into finished components — with full-volume injection moulding production in plastic and rubber, all in-house.
PRECISION MACHINING
Deep-hole gun drilling up to 1500mm depth, precision CNC turning, and VMC / 3-axis machining — micron-level tolerance for moulds, dies, and production parts across automotive, defence, and medical.
